We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing time: shipped within 2-3 business days.

Regardless of the shipping option chosen, we ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although orders are typically processed within a 1-2 day period, orders can take up to 3 business days to process. For example, if you order on Tuesday, you can expect your order by Friday at the latest.

In some cases, your order may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as an incorrect shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we allow 1 hour after purchase to change orders. Please contact Stylehaven DISPATCH at zorrofix2024@gmail.com if you would like to edit the order details. We are not responsible for any incorrect information, such as an incorrect shipping address, entered by the customer.   • UK: 7-20 business days
  • CA, AUS: 7-20 business days
  • Europe: 7-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15-40 business days

During busier peak periods, it may take up to 16 - 30 days depending on availability and stock status. Please also note that it will take 1-3 business days to process your order once payment has been verified (excluding Sat., Sun., and most public holidays).

Please note that some orders may experience delays of up to 60 days due to COVID-19.

Shipping times may also be delayed in some cases due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • IR disputes/strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Time of year (e.g. holidays)
  • Large and/or bulky items
  • Error on the part of the shipping providers

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you as informed as possible.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore cannot always make changes to the shipping address. Double-check the address you enter before you check out. We do NOT accept packages shipped to the wrong address as our responsibility.

If your order is already being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the destination address. At that point, all we can do is wait for the package to return to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase, and we understand that it can be difficult when it comes to online shopping. We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at zorrofix2024@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

We apologize if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, and we happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt on most items in new condition.

  1. Contact our customer service by sending us an email. Indicate which item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the package tightly.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You can contact us by email once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We DO NOT accept cancellation requests once orders have been shipped.
